There truly are some sick, disturbed people in this world. Unfortunately for Manchester City star Riyad Mahrez, he learned of this over the weekend as he prepares for the English Premier League to get back underway.
According to multiple reports, thieves broke into Mahrez's apartment in the Manchester city centre and left with more than £500,000 worth of goods.

Just terrible. Per The Sun, Mahrez had watches, cash, clothes and more stolen from his apartment. He was out of his house when the burglars entered and proceeded to raid the place.
The big items that were stolen included two Rolex watches and a Mille watch that is estimated to be worth around £230,000. The Sun reports multiple expensive bracelets and football shirts were also taken.
As you might expect, Mahrez is deeply saddened by what took place and no one can blame him. It's a terrible act against a stand-up guy for the Manchester City team. Police remain on the hunt for who's responsible for this unacceptable behavior.
