Real Madrid knows that it's the dream club for Kylian Mbappe, which is why they're hell-bent on trying to land the French forward from Paris Saint-Germain. With that said, just how serious is the La Liga side in making this happen this summer?
According to multiple reports, Real Madrid put an offer on the table this week worth around $188 million to try and secure the transfer of Mbappe. Holy smokes. However, that wasn't good enough for PSG, as they've already turned down that number.
Real Madrid have launched a €160 million offer to sign Kylian Mbappe, which has been immediately rejected by Paris Saint-Germain, different sources have told ESPN. https://t.co/H05zuwD5HD

Whoa. This almost has us speechless, but it comes as no surprise whatsoever that PSG is demanding that kind of money for Mbappe. The 22-year-old is considered one of the best young talents in the world. Time and time again we've seen him create magic on the pitch.
With that said, PSG understands that he wants to play for Real Madrid, but they also have dreams of winning the Champions League this year. With Mbappe taking the field with Neymar Jr., Lionel Messi and the other stars, PSG really has a great chance of making that happen.
That's why the Ligue 1 side won't take anything less than the maximum amount for Mbappe's transfer. If Real Madrid decides to wait, they could always try and sign Mbappe next summer, as he'll be a free agent.
Multiple reports have stated that Mbappe won't sign a new deal with PSG, as his heart is set on a move to Madrid. Will that move come this summer or next year? Unless Madrid breaks the bank and makes PSG happy, it won't happen until the 2021-22 season.
