The updates continue to fly in regarding superstar Neymar Jr., but PSG fans aren't going to like what's just been released. Nope, not one bit.
Per multiple reports, the execs at Paris Saint-Germain have put a massive new contract on the table for the Brazilian attacking midfielder. However, Neymar has turned the latest offer down and appears ready to do whatever is necessary to force his move back to Catalonia to suit up for Barcelona.

Wait, he turned down more than 100 million euros to lock up his future with the Parisian powerhouse? Whoa. If this tells you anything, it's that he REALLY wants to get back to La Liga.
For a while now, the rumors have been coming in consistently surrounding Neymar's desire to return to Barcelona. His close relationship with Lionel Messi is a big reason why. And, with the Argentine goal-scorer climbing in age, it looks like Neymar wants to be there for Messi's final years with the team.
However, there's a bunch of moving parts in this case. While Neymar might be dead set on playing for Barcelona, PSG isn't just going to let him walk for free or at a discounted price. Neymar is one of the best players in the world, and if PSG is to sell him, they'll want top dollar for him.
Neymar is currently under contract with PSG through the 2022 campaign. That's two more seasons with the reigning Ligue 1 champions.
For now, he'll have to keep waiting to see if his dream return to Barcelona will go through, but nothing looks imminent at this point.
