Pack your bags, Manchester City fans... you're headed to Wembley!

Despite falling to Manchester United 1-0 at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday evening, City owned the 3-2 aggregate advantage to punch their tickets to the Carabao Cup Final on March 1. Yup, the good guys are set to play for yet another trophy.

City will meet Aston Villa in the championship match, looking to bring home its third consecutive title in the competition.

They surely earned this one the hard way, though, as United almost spoiled things for them at the Etihad. Despite MC dominating play in the first half, the Reds took a 1-0 lead in the 35th minute thanks to a golden strike from Nemanja Matic.

However, with United in desperation mode late, Matic also received his second yellow card in the 76th minute. With Matic seeing red, it left MU with 10 men and they simply couldn't find the needed second goal to force penalties.

City defeated United in the first leg at Old Trafford 3-1. That incredible performance at the 'Theatre of Dreams' is what has them on the verge of capturing the silverware in early March. While Aston Villa has had an incredible run to reach the final, all eyes will be on City to come out on top.
