Haaland is widely considered one of the most exciting young players in the game. Ever since Sergio Aguero left Manchester to sign with Barcelona - he's since retired from the game due to a heart condition - City has been looking for a striker to take over for him.
Kylian Mbappe rumors had emerged, but it's been made clear that Haaland was priority No. 1 for City. Haaland has been an absolute force for Borussia Dortmund and now the MCFC fans are sitting on pins and needles to see him make plays for the team.
After losing to Real Madrid in the Champions League semifinals, Man City has followed things up with a 5-0 win over Newcastle and this incredible Haaland news. MCFC will once again be looked at as major players to win the EPL next season, plus the Champions League. Haaland could prove to be the guy to help them get things over the line in winning that European title.
