Liverpool players kneel together at Anfield to show support for George Floyd

As protests grow throughout the United States, and the rest of the world for that matter, soccer players in the English Premier League are continuing to show their support for George Floyd.
Floyd tragically passed away last week after a member of the Minneapolis Police Department kneeled on the back of his neck for several minutes, even after Floyd cried out saying he could not breathe.
In a show of love and support for Floyd, the Liverpool players decided to kneel at Anfield in unity on Monday.

This is a trying time for millions of folks out there, which is why the LFC stars wanted to make sure their voiced are being heard. They're disgusted by what went down in Minnesota to Floyd.
Several other players have taken to both Twitter and Instagram to make statements, including many going with the #BlackLivesMatter hashtag. We've gathered several of them for you below.
