Harry Kane a no-show at Tottenham amidst Man City rumors

Some massive, stunning news has arrived out of London. While Harry Kane was given extra time to get back to Tottenham for preseason practices, the star striker was a no-show for training on Monday.
This of course is quite the surprise, as Kane surely was expected to be in London and show up with the rest of his teammates. Now, Fabrizio Romano is reporting that the Englishman is not happy with the front office, as he thought he'd be joining a new team by now. What will happen next?

Confirmed. Harry Kane has NOT shown up for Tottenham training, as @skysportspaulg revealed. Been told it’s Harry Kane choice and not related to Covid test. ⚪️ #THFC

Kane is assuming that he has had a ‘gentlemen agreement’ with the club since one year to leave Spurs this summer.
This absolutely is not what Tottenham fans want to be seeing right now. Kane is coming off a strong showing at the Euros, overcoming a slow start to help the Three Lions get to the Final.
Unfortunately, England lost to Italy on a penalty shootout. For Kane, he's been linked with a move to Manchester City throughout the summer. However, Tottenham is not going to sell the man for peanuts. They're wanting around $200 million.
If City makes a move for Jack Grealish, they may not have the kind of money to bring in Kane as well. This all has to be frustrating for Kane, as he wants to be in a position to compete for major trophies. As things stand, that won't be the case if he stays with THFC.
Only time will tell where Kane plays this season, but it's clear the man is not happy whatsoever. Stay tuned, folks.
