Led by the brilliant play of the one and only Erling Haaland, Man City was able to capture the three points with a sensational 3-0 win. With that scoreline, you'd think this game was played at the Etihad, but City made the Theatre of Dreams the Theatre of Nightmares for the home side.

Erling Haaland put on a show in the 3-0 win over Manchester United
This really was a one-sided affair, with Haaland reminding people why he's one of the best players in the world. He opened up the scoring in the first half from the penalty spot - there was no chance Andre Onana was going to keep it out.
Then in the second half, Haaland made things 2-0 with a superb header. Again, Onana didn't have a prayer in keeping this ball from hitting the back of the net:
Just fantastic build-up play from Manchester City to set up Erling Haaland!

Phil Foden then closed the scoring out at 3-0 to seal the deal for Pep Guardiola's men. MUFC fans were seen leaving Old Trafford early, which only makes this victory even more sweet for Man City supporters. This team is on a roll.
Tottenham is in first place of the Premier League table
Elsewhere in the Premier League, how about Tottenham Hotspur? In a major shock, Spurs are in first place of the Premier League table and they are showing absolutely no signs of slowing down.
During the last matchday, Tottenham traveled to Crystal Palace and they were able to post an impressive 2-1 win in London. As things stand, THFC are at the top of the table with 26 points, while Arsenal and Man City are right behind them with 24.
