It has somehow been eight years since Chelsea did the unthinkable and won the 2012 Champions League title. No one gave them a chance against Bayern Munich, especially with the final being played at the Allianz Arena in Munich.
Still, the Blues shocked the world and lifted the trophy high into the sky after outlasting the German side in penalty kicks.
Things felt like they were over in this one for Chelsea when Thomas Muller headed in a lovely goal to put Bayern up 1-0. However, club legend Didier Drogba evened things up at 1-1 with a stunning header of his own.
A Peter Cech save on an Arjen Robben penalty only added to the drama. The two sides ended up in a PK shootout to decide who would be champion. After a back-and-forth showdown, Drogba fired home the winning strike to give Chelsea the cup.
It's a moment fans will never forget. In case you needed a refresher, go ahead and re-watch the highlights above to remind you of that epic game.
